293 Reps (9+5 TTB)

I had a lot of fun doing this workout.

Brak up the toes to bar from the beginning.  Two sets of four.
Unbroken but steady on the PC to OH.
Stay between 1000 and 1200 on the row.

I lost some time by getting caught up in my rower stirrups and the straps.  I think I could have made ten rounds if I hadn't had that slip up.  I went unbroken on some sets of toes to bar to try and make up for it but it wasn't enough.  I also rested a bit too long on one of my breaks in the TTB.

Limiting factors were grip and a little bit of breathing.  I felt like the grip limitation wouldn't let me go fast enough at the end for breathing to really be a factor.

All in all, I am happy with it and looking forward to next weeks workout.
